CONDITIONS Please Read Carefully

1. Promotion commences 07/03/12. Promotion period is Brochure 11, 2012.
2. Customers will be eligible for one entry for each Anew Ultimate Night Cream purchased in Brochure 11, 2012. Customers are to get the Golden Ticket from Representatives, go online to facebook.com/avonausnz to answer a question in 25 words or less.
3. Back Orders into Brochure 11 are eligible.
4. Promotion closes 19/06/12 with all online entries received before12pm.
5. Each 25 word entry will be judged and a total of 31 winners will receive a range of prizes.
1. Best entry $5,000 ($5,000 total value)
2. Next 10 best entries receive an Iphone 4S valued at max of $700 ($7,000 total value)
3. Next 20 best entries receive $500 Visa Cards ($10,000 total value)
6. Total prize value is $22,000 with a total of 31 Customer prizes only.
7. Competition winner will be assessed in the following areas - 50% Creativity, 25% Use of “Ultimate” brand name, and 25% Use of “Avon” in their entry.
8. Representatives cannot enter themselves as Customers.
9. Winners will be notified by phone and by mail on Monday 02/07/12.
10. Employees and officers of Avon, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the promotion.
11.The winning Customer agrees that their name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes and agree to make themselves available for this purpose.
12.The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed.
13.Avon shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered, or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.Avon accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
15. Avon’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these terms and conditions.
