CONDITIONS Please Read Carefully
1. Promotion commences 13th September 2009. Promotion closes 11th December 2009. Prizes will be drawn 11 January 2010 at 10.00am, at Avon, 120 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100.
2. Customers are eligible for one entry for every $15.00 spent on Wellbeing products in the C1/2 2010 Wellbeing Brochure or on Wellbeing products in Campaign 1 2010 or Campaign 2 2010 core Brochure. Customers are to complete the on-line entry coupon (located via the Avon website) to win a FREE 1 year membership to Curves Gym.
3. Back Orders into Brochure 2 2010 are eligible.
4. Promotion closes 11/12/2009. Customers’ on-line entries must be registered before 5pm, 11/12/2009. Avon accepts no responsibility for entries registered after this date.
5. On-line entries must be completed in full to qualify for entry into the promotion.
6. Total prize value is $2200.
7. Representatives cannot enter themselves as Customers.
8. Valid at participating Curves locations. To find your closest location, visit www.curves.com. Prize must be taken within 12 months of draw.
9. Winners will be notified by mail and published in The Australian on Friday 15/01/10. New Zealand winners will be notified by mail.
10. Employees and officers of Avon, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the promotion.
11. The winning Customer and Representative agree that their name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes and agree to make themselves available for this purpose.
12. The prize winning Representatives must be meeting payment terms as established in their agreement with Avon as at 11/01/10.
13. The prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
14. Avon shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered, or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Avon accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
16. Avon’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. If necessary an unclaimed prize draw will take place on at 10.00 am, 12/04/2010 at Avon,
120 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100.
